The vortex flow meter produces a velocity flow meter based on the Karman vortex principle for measurement and metering of conventional gases, vapors and liquids. The vortex flow sensor has high precision and a wide range ratio. It has no moving parts in use, which can improve mechanical stability and reduce maintenance. Vortex is almost unaffected by the temperature, pressure and composition of the medium when measuring the working volume, so it is convenient for the calibration production of the instrument. Therefore, the vortex flow sensor is widely used
in production and life.

Operation Principle
YFV series vortex flow meters are designed for measuring the volume/mass flow of liquids, gases and steam based on Karman vortex principle.
Adopting advanced differential algorithm along with measurement of isolation, shielding and wave filtering, YFV series vortex flow meters have the advantages of immunity on vibration and noise. Meanwhile, the liabilities of YFV series vortex flow meters are well guaranteed by unique sensor packaging technology.

Product Structure
The basic structure of the vortex flow meter is shown in Diagram 1. It is mainly composed of body, probe, vortex generator, meter rod, condenser pipe and converter.
